Flintstones

The historic boundary walls of West Stow Church are made from flint and lime mortar that has crumbled over recent decades. BNG provided a grant to restore the walls using traditional techniques and training church wardens and local volunteers in flint wall repair skills to ensure a legacy of restoration and maintenance.
